A User's Manual is included for you to refer to. Please allow minimum 30 minutes for hand over upon collecting the vehicle.

Collections
Collections are available from 5.00pm. Earlier pick ups may be arranged with advance notice ( 3 days minimum). Final collections are (strictly) at 6pm. If you are unable to pick up the camper van by this time, get in touch to arrange a collection the following day. Out of hours collections (extra £25) can be arranged at weekends with advance notice (3 days minimum), but are not guaranteed.
If you have booked Self-drive Hire please bring originals of all documents for insurance purposes that you emailed to us.
Please allow 30 minutes for the hand-over to complete the paperwork and for us to show you around the Campervan. Please allow a similar 30 minute handover on your return. You and one of our representatives will check the condition of the Campervan at the start of the rental period and on the return of the Campervan. You will acknowledge receipt of the Campervan which appears, upon visual inspection, to be in good, clean condition and sound working order on collection. It is your responsibility to check the Campervan for existing damage upon collection of the Campervan and to inform us of such before you depart. If you are late, you may not be insured and further charges will apply.
